A DIFFERENT CUISINE

Palazzo Arnieci uses a Mediterranean cuisine style. However, it is different and innovative because of the research and the making of each recipe. We work following the highest cuisine concept: focused on the perfection of each course, but also on the service.

We study each of our dishes accurately, using the newest cooking techniques such as the low temperature or the “Roner” technique, in order to enhance the taste and the colors of the ingredients.

OUR INGREDIENTS

We only use seasonal products to guarantee high quality and freshness.

In order to realize this, we apply the “short supply chain”: we buy ingredients only from Apulian companies. They are locals selling fresh and organic vegetables, fruit, cheese and cured meats. Everything we buy is high certified and controlled.
